We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. At checkout you will be asked to fill out your billing and shipping information- the addresses must be the same. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email within 24 hours. You may also fax your order to 917-591-4788. We do not accept personal checks.
DELIVERY INFORMATION AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada however we will not ship to a P.O. Box. Orders normally ship within 2 business days. Shipments will be received 3-10 days of leaving our NY warehouse depending on your location. If you require expedited shipping please contact us at email@example.com
to make arrangements - additional charges may apply. You can also tell us when you need your order by writing that information in the comments section at check out. If there will be an additional charge to get it to you by the date you requested we will contact you via email or phone before we finish processing your order.

Shipping rates in the United States and Puerto Rico are calculated based on the price of your total order.

Cancellations must be made via email to email@example.com
within 24 hours of placing your order. Any order cancelled after processing and packing will have a 20% cancellation fee charged to the customer.
ARCADIA HOME products are hand-made and may have some variation in color, texture, dimension, and finish. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept it for return for a credit card refund, exchange or credit. However a return authorization request MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Any items returned after 10 days are eligible for exchange or credit only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept returns on Special Orders. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price and original shipping costs. Please contact us within 48-hours of items received to correct any error in shipping.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

to receive a return authorization number. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Please include the return authorization number with the return. You must ship the item back as we shipped to you - in the original packaging. Items returned damaged will not be accepted and exchange or store credit will be denied. You will receive a return confirmation email upon receipt of authorized, non-damaged goods. Shipping of returns is at the expense of the customer.
