Terms for Retailers

  • All orders FOB: ARCADIA HOME, Carlstadt, NJ via UPS. We are unable to ship to Post Office boxes.
  • Most of our designs have minimum order quantities which are reflected on the site and in the check out process
  • ARCADIA HOME products are hand-made and may have some variation in color, texture, dimension and finish.
  • All orders must be prepaid or paid by credit card. Your credit card will be charged the day before shipping.
  • With first order, please supply ARCADIA HOME with a copy of your State Sales Tax Certificate.
  • No claims will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Merchandise will not be accepted for credit without prior authorization and must be in original packaging with Return Authorization Code written on the outside of the carton.
  • Damage / loss must be claimed by consignees with carrier.
  • Unauthorized returns carry a 20% restocking fee + all freight and freight related charges.
