- All orders FOB: Arcadia Home, Carlstadt, NJ via UPS.
- Arcadia Home products are hand-made and may have some variation in color, texture, dimension and finish.
- First order must be prepaid or credit card.
- With first order, please supply Arcadia Home with a copy of your State Sales Tax Certificate.
- No claims will be accepted after 30 days.
- Merchandise will not be accepted for credit without prior authorization and must be in original packaging with RMA code visible.
- Damage / loss must be claimed by consignees with carrier. Unauthorized returns carry a 20% restocking fee + freight.
